Position Overview: Installation, set-up, and maintenance of technology devices and systems such as computers, laptops, tablets, interactive white boards, cameras, audio-visual equipment, electronic response systems, calculators, etc. Must be able to work independently and help users with IT hardware and software issues, including network connectivity issues. Apply upgrades to systems and ensure durability, maintain and update technical documentation regularly, install and upgrade antivirus software to ensure the security of computers, provide support in testing and deployment of new applications and systems, train and guide staff on how to use hardware and software, assess issues and implement solutions by gathering information from users and using critical thinking.
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. In-field two/four year degree or equivalent preferred.
Work experience designing and configuring structured networks and supporting LAN products and applications.
